The John McIntyre Conference Centre is the location for all conference sessions, including Plenary, Symposium, Poster Sessions and all refreshments and lunch breaks.
Nestled in landscaped gardens a stones throw from Arthurs Seat, delegates can enjoy views of this famous Scottish landmark from the terrace area or take a stroll to the foot of the hill in under five minutes.
The venue is fully wheelchair accessible and all rooms, break out areas and refreshment areas are located on one floor, making organisation throughout the day easier for all.

The Library is the location for the Opening Ceremony on Sunday 26th July between 18.00-19.30.

One of Scotland’s most beautiful venues, the Grand Gallery’s soaring glass atrium and sweeping staircases present a breath-taking backdrop for the Closing Ceremony Dinner. Housing some of the museums’ most dramatic objects, this versatile venue hosts inspiring events surrounded by history.
Directly beneath the Grand Gallery, the Entrance Hall’s vaulted ceilings and stone archways create a unique atmosphere for an elegant pre-dinner reception.
The closing ceremony drinks reception, dinner and ceilidh will take place on Thursday 30th July.
