ISAE2022 Welcomes Everyone. ISAE2022 is Accessible, Family Friendly and Celebrates Diversity!

The 12th Symposium on Avian Endocrinology all welcomes all researchers and is committed to equal opportunity and treatment for all meeting participants, regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, race, colour, national or ethnic origin, religion or religious belief, age, marital status, sexual orientation, disabilities, medical condition or any other reason not related to scientific merit. Open dialogue and the exchange of scientific ideas is encouraged, allowing attendees to enjoy a lively and stimulating conference.

The meeting venue has full disabled access and some gender neutral washrooms.

The meeting venue will offer a quiet, calm room for breastfeeding mothers and breast pumping. Another comfortable room will be available for carers to keep young children entertained for a short periods of time whilst under your responsible supervision. Family room accommodation is available to book.

We offer an accompanying persons option when booking accommodation and for the social events.

Participants are encouraged to keep criticism constructive, respectful, civil, and in a fair manner and avoid personal attacks. Meeting participants are expected to uphold standards of scientific integrity and professional ethics. Harassment and other forms of misconduct undermine the integrity of ISAE meetings and are strictly prohibited. This applies to all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, staff, contractors, service providers, volunteers, and guests at the meeting and related activities.
